Welcome to my immigration blog site, where I will attempt to dispel many of the immigration questions, myths, and fears that many of you have regarding the immigration process in the US.

I hope to address many of the common questions I have encountered in my practice as well as provide a general over view of the most common immigration processes while updating readers on up to the minute immigration news.

Like going to the DMV, immigration involves working with a government entity that quite frankly, seems to fight you every step of the way, leaving most immigrants and non-immigrants in a state of total dismay over the governmental system that they have now subjected themselves to in their process of emigrating, immigrating or visiting the US. I hope to help you fight those demons encountered on your journey to the land of opportunities and, in so doing, have faith that as our forefathers before us, we will all work together to make America a better place.
