I-140 Premium Processing to Resume

On June 22, 2009, the USCIS announced that effective June 29, 2009, it will resume Premium Processing Service for Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker.

The Premium Processing fee is $1000 and is filed with a USCIS Form I-907. All cases filed with Premium Processing typically have a 2 week turn around.
